Through prioritizing intuitive and responsive services, we help build teams, customer relationships, celebrate company milestones, and create brand awareness for businesses from coast to coast. Verandah is a one-stop shop beginning with customizing orders through our Creative team. From there, our factory in Boise decorates, packs, and ships orders directly to our customers across 44 states and over 550 locations.

Our Creative Team works directly with customers as brand advisors, often creating custom projects. This position includes client relationship management, custom order building, product sourcing, and more. This position responds to inbound customer requests to help us manage and develop our existing customer relationships. We deliver exceptional customer experiences by managing custom projects with extreme details, building meaningful relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to anticipate client needs, strengthen trust, and ensure every solution adds value to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships (primarily via email) – Present curated product proposals tailored to the client’s brand and budget, incorporating “Good, Better, Best” options. Refine selections based on client feedback and provide personal updates at every stage to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports on client activity, outreach efforts, and order history to support targeted follow-ups and ensure consistent engagement with key accounts.

  • Monitor sales targets/goals and project deadlines – price items strategically to hit target margins

  • Take lead on assigned custom projects – taking ownership of projects from start to finish

  • Organize and maintain sales-related documentation, including usage of tools such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe Creative, Shopify, CommonSKU, etc.

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and participate in team meetings contributing ideas for process improvements and strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail & ability to multi-task

  • Customer-focused attitude and ability to build rapport & foster positive relationships with customers

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a positive team-oriented environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills including typing, Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel), & Microsoft Teams
